Understanding the patient portal
The patient portal is where you can view my availability, book an appointment, and access forms and invoices.

You can access the portal by clicking the “Book an Appointment” button above or through this patient portal link. Here you can set up an account, fill out the necessary paperwork and access my full schedule and availability.
Understanding the Waitlist
My patient portal calendar reflects all of my availability for the following year. If there is a day where you only see waitlisted events, it means I’m fully booked that day. You can join the waitlist for a specific time or for an entire day. When/if something becomes available, you will receive an email notification. From there you have the option to book that event time.
Please note: waitlisting for intake appointments rarely results in a booked initial appointment. Most intake appointments don’t get cancelled so please don’t count on something opening up at the requested time. Intake appointments tend to book out 2-3 months in advance. Follow-up appointments do open up often and waitlisting for a follow-up can be a great way to get an earlier appointment.
